Meet Andy

Originally from Zimbabwe, I’ve spent over two decades in the fitness industry, with a BSc (Hons) in Sport Science and a background in competitive rugby. Although I started coaching in 2004, my journey truly accelerated in 2013 when I discovered CrossFit in London.

Since then, I’ve been committed to helping people push their limits through smart, purpose-driven training. From endurance challenges like 36-hour rowing events to everyday performance, I lead by example — with a focus now on balance, health, and living at the highest standard.
